In order to receive constructive feedback on the New Industrial Policy with respect to the food sector and also to get policy and programme suggestions to enhance investments, an investor meeting was conducted on November 28, 2022, from 2:30 PM onwards at the Kochi Marriott Hotel. 24 representatives from various organisations in this sector attended the session. P. Rajeev, Hon’ble Minister for Industries, Law, and Coir, Government of Kerala, interacted with stakeholders. Suman Billa IAS, Principal Secretary, Industries & NORKA, Kerala and S. Harikishore IAS Managing Director KSIDC, Director of Industries & Commerce, also attended. Through this meeting, several policy- and program-level suggestions were gained.
