Invest Kerala Help Desk
The Department of Industries has established a specialized help desk with dedicated call center for assisting entrepreneurs in their investment journey. The help desk started functioning from September 2020. The Call Center provides assistance through a dedicated Toll-Free number 1800 890 1030
The call center provides assistance in:
- Providing information on the licenses/ permits/ clearances etc. required for setting up and running industries
- Providing information on K-SWIFT and addressing issues related to the system by coordinating with NIC
- Providing investment related information through the knowledge repository – Invest Kerala Portal
- Providing other necessary information like funding schemes, infrastructure availability, etc. to entrepreneurs
- Follow up on the queries/ complaints/ grievances received
- Providing information related to various legislations pertaining to industry
