A. Water Supply Scheme

• Source of Water: Kerala Water Authority has agreed to give 3 MLD water to IGC drawn from Kadalundy River
• Arrangements for water supply through over head tank and laying pipe lines including installation of pump sets are under way.
• One Bore well has been installed for domestic water supply yielding about
  50 cubic meter per day
  

B. Roads

• Construction of Internal roads extending to 3.56 kms within the IGC Site has been completed
• The existing approach road to IGC Site is in a good condition

C. Buildings

• An Administrative cum Canteen Block Building with 1125 Square meters has been completed for the accommodation of common facilities. Internal Electrification & Water Supply works of the building have also been completed.Provisions for post office, Bank and canteen also provided therein.

D. Power

• Works relating to construction of 630 KVA Substation, Erection of Transformer cabling works have been completed. K.S.E.B has allotted the required HT/LT power connections to the IGC.

 E. Telecommunication

• Telephone Connections are made available in the Centre.
