A. Water Supply Scheme
• Source of Water: Water will be sourced from JBIC assisted water supply project of Kerala Water Authority

 B. Roads
• Construction of 15 meter wide Internal road of length 700 meters within the Growth Centre is almost completed. Another internal road already available.
• Two excellent approach roads to the site viz., Cherthala - Arookutty road, and MLA road are available.

C.Power
• Work relating to construction of independent 110 KV, 25 MVA substation has started.

 D. Telecommunication
• Telephone lines are available in the IGC Site
